Progress isn’t always about fat loss πŸ‘

3 months ago, My client Garry started step-ups on a 6-inch box and was really wobbly, lacking balance and coordination.

Now he’s confidently smashing 18-inch step-ups with a dumbbell and zero wobbles.

That’s a huge improvement in balance, stability, coordination, strength, and confidence.

The scale only tells one story.
Better movement, better control, and more confidence in your body is REAL progress πŸ’ͺ

This is why we track performance, not just body weight.

My first year as a personal trainer/ fitness coach & what can I say! It's been a whirlwind but I've thoroughly enjoyed every part of it!
