Progress isnβt always about fat loss π
3 months ago, My client Garry started step-ups on a 6-inch box and was really wobbly, lacking balance and coordination.
Now heβs confidently smashing 18-inch step-ups with a dumbbell and zero wobbles.
Thatβs a huge improvement in balance, stability, coordination, strength, and confidence.
The scale only tells one story.
Better movement, better control, and more confidence in your body is REAL progress πͺ
This is why we track performance, not just body weight.
