From 19th to 21st June, selected Everyone Active centres will be hosting a range of wellness sessions designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect.

Whether it's sunset yoga, calming sound baths or other mindful activities, there's plenty happening across our centres to mark the occasion.

🌅 Sunset Yoga & Breathing Space – 19th June | 7:00pm–9:00pm

Unwind and recharge with a relaxing evening of outdoor wellness on our 3G pitch as the sun sets. Enjoy 1 hour of yoga, followed by 30 minutes of guided breathing space and refreshments provided by EA.

✨ £10 for Move+ members
✨ £20 for non-members

You can bring your own mat and blocks if you wish, or use the equipment provided. Booking will be available via the Everyone Active app or at reception (date coming soon).
