I teach Hatha yoga, trained by Swami Ambikananda at the Traditional Association, having qualified in 2006. I run a yoga studio west of Reading, Berkshire.
Having qualified in 2006 I take pride in being a Traditional Yoga Teacher. I welcome into my classes people of all ages and abilities; appreciating as a teacher that every body's body is different and thereby encourage my students to explore their own limitations at their own pace. Hello all!
Whilst I recline in the Balearics, yoga in the studio continues ~ albeit with a limited timetable. My fabulous teachers will be covering the following of my classes:

There is no ego in yoga. I am the first one to admit my faults and failings, especially with my lefts and rights. 😳😁 But I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the positive feedback after my classes. This beautiful soul being one of them, who came up to me later in the day with hers. She enjoyed both classes of mine and said: (I quote) “Double Luci, it doesn’t get better than that!” 🤩 My little heart swelled. This makes everything worthwhile ~ the universe has looked after me, I am just giving back. 🙏🏻❣️Thank you. 💝

The best thing about the World Yoga Festival is the people. From the Hindu Philosopher Satish Sharma (who I could talk to for hours) to hilarious Joe H***e, to observing pujas and the joy of the childrens travelling fun. The best day. ☀️🙏🏻☀️🙏🏻☀️🙏🏻
