☀️Summer break is over☀️. September is here...🍂. This means the changing of the seasons - starting afresh. It's time to get moving again, its time for you!

Yesterday was 🦴WORLD OSTEOPOROSIS DAY💪 - Bone density gradually begins to decline as we age.
In my weekly classes I incorporate weights are brilliant for adding manageable load, adding challenge, assisting movement and to help improve bone mass. I also use bands and the magic circle/pilates ring which are great for resistance training to help improve your bone health. I’m qualified to teach those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. I also teach 1:1 working on a dedicated program aimed at promoting improved bone density.
Pilates is a complete body workout which builds core strength, stamina and flexibility through low impact conditioning exercises. Pilates transforms poor posture and restores the body to balance. Pilates is also very beneficial for helping to increase & maintain bone density through weight bearing exercises - building strength and balance all of which I bring into my weekly classes.
A new block of classes is starting w/c 4th November. Come along for a FREE trial!
