Impact MMA Friendly Mixed Martial Arts Gym offering classes, personal training and sports massage. With a friendly atmosphere. Please contact for more details.

Our club is open for anyone looking to try the sport out, whether you want to compete, look after yourself, get in shape or relieve stress, training is adaptable for all! Performance is the key focus in all sessions as we believe progression is achieved much faster and keeps motivation levels high! Classes are very different each week, however structure is often the same, beginning with a warm-up (incorporating dynamic stretches), followed by conditioning and body conditioning, then moving on to progressive drills, and ending with sparring or rolling (optional). If you are interested but unsure, come along and watch a session, but bring some shorts as you may want to get stuck in!! :)

Extra classes, PT and sports massage are also available. For more information on locations, classes, prices, equipment etc..private message Joe Taylor, alternatively contact 07794612743 - [email protected]

🟢⚪️ Stronger Together. Stronger Community 🟢⚪️

At Salisbury RFC and Impact MMA, we believe sport is about far more than what happens on the pitch or on the mats. It’s about creating a community where people of all ages can belong, grow and thrive.

Both clubs are committed to providing a positive, welcoming environment where young and old can build confidence, develop resilience and learn valuable life skills. Whether you’re taking your first steps in rugby or MMA, or looking to take your performance to the next level, there’s always an opportunity to learn something new and improve existing skills.

The crossover between rugby and MMA is undeniable. Discipline, respect, accountability, teamwork, physicality and mental toughness are at the heart of both sports. Together, we’re helping develop not just better athletes, but better people.

This partnership marks the beginning of what we hope will be a long and successful relationship between two local clubs with a shared commitment to serving our community, supporting one another, and inspiring people to challenge themselves every day.

Here’s to building something special together. 💚🤍🙌🏼
