It’s a chance to step out of the rush, clear your head, and leave feeling grounded and reset.

Today’s New Moon marks the start of a new cycle.

Two weeks from now brings the second full moon in May, a point to notice what’s been building, and what your system is ready to release.

I’m holding a sound journey that evening. A space to lie down and open to change, ideas to seed, shifts to happen.

Sound works directly on the nervous system. It can alter how you feel without needing to analyse or understand it.

I’ll be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating a layered soundscape to support release, regulation, and deep rest.

My next Sound Journey is this Friday 1 May.

This month is a little unusual, as May carries two full moons, with the second arriving on 31 May. This makes this first gathering a powerful point to pause, settle, and work with what’s ready to be released or softened before we meet again at the end of the month.

Come and lie down, be held in sound, and allow yourself to drop into what you need to feel, as we intentionally journey inwards.

I’ll be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating a layered soundscape to support release and relaxation.
