Join me for a deeply restorative sound journey as we honour the energies of Samhain and the turning of the year.

Samhain marks a sacred threshold, a time when the veil between worlds is traditionally believed to be at its thinnest, inviting us to connect with what lies beyond the everyday and listen a little more deeply.

As we enter the darker half of the year, this is a moment to slow down, turn inward and honour the natural cycles of life, death and transformation.

Through meditation, breath and an immersive sound journey, allow the flow to carry you into a space of deep reflection and renewal.

Hi everyone, I’m back at the beautiful Highfield Trinity Church later this month for another of my immersive sound journeys.

These 90-minute sessions are an opportunity to step away from the external world for a while, lie down and journey inward through sound.

I work with gongs, singing bowls, voice, percussion and breath, building a progressive soundscape that moves through periods of intensity and stillness and invites deep listening, rest and connection to self.

You don’t need any previous experience of sound or meditation - just come as you are.

Hi everyone, I’m Christina and I’m bringing my immersive sound journeys to the beautiful St John’s Church in Buxton from this September.

I’m a sound and meditation practitioner, and my sessions incorporate gongs, singing bowls, voice, percussion and breath to create a progressive journey through sound and vibration.

It’s 90 minutes to lie down, step away from the noise of everyday life and turn your attention inward, creating space for deep rest, stillness and conscious exploration.

No previous experience is needed, and everyone is very welcome.

Today’s New Moon marks the start of a new cycle.

Two weeks from now brings the second full moon in May, a point to notice what’s been building, and what your system is ready to release.

I’m holding a sound journey that evening. A space to lie down and open to change, ideas to seed, shifts to happen.

Sound works directly on the nervous system. It can alter how you feel without needing to analyse or understand it.

I’ll be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating a layered soundscape to support release, regulation, and deep rest.

If you’ve been feeling the need to pause, this is a good place to do it. Hope to see you then!
