🎉 fit20 Barnet is NOW OPEN — our 21st UK studio!

Another secured territory has become a fully open fit20 studio, and Jay and Sam are officially welcoming their first members through the doors. 💚

Both live locally and wanted to build something of their own that could make a genuine difference in their community. Now that ambition has become fit20 Barnet.

For us, every new opening represents much more than another pin on the map. It’s another franchise owner taking their business from an idea, through training and setup, to opening the doors and beginning to build their own member community.

And with 21 studios now open across the UK, Barnet is another sign of the momentum behind fit20.

After plenty of local curiosity and anticipation, Duncan Attwood and the team are welcoming their first members to Wellington. 💚

This is Duncan’s third fit20 studio, alongside Exeter and Torquay, and another opportunity for him to do what has kept him passionate about fit20 over the years: helping people become stronger and seeing the difference that strength makes to their everyday lives.

Whether that’s carrying the shopping more easily, getting down on the floor with the grandchildren or keeping up with friends and family on a walk, sometimes it’s the everyday things that matter most.

And there’s another reason to celebrate, the opening of Wellington officially takes the fit20 UK family to 20 studios! 🎉

fit20 Barnet will be opening its doors at the end of September, bringing our unique approach to strength training to another UK community. 💚

Just 20 minutes, once a week, with a personal trainer in a calm, private studio. No crowded gym. No lengthy workouts. Just highly personalised strength training designed to help you become stronger and support your long-term health.

Whether you’re short on time, aren’t a fan of traditional gyms, or simply know you need to start prioritising your strength as you get older, fit20 offers a completely different way to train.

🎉 20 studios. And we’re only just getting started.

With the opening of fit20 Wellington, we’ve officially reached 20 open studios across the UK.

And this milestone has another story behind it: Wellington is Duncan Attwood’s third fit20 studio, following Exeter and Torquay. Seeing franchise owners continue to invest and grow within the network says a lot about the confidence in the fit20 model and the opportunity ahead.

The momentum doesn’t stop here. Our 21st studio opens later this month, another five locations are already secured, and more future franchise owners are making their way through the onboarding programme.

Membership across our UK network has also grown by 30% since the start of the year, with every studio growing.

Our next goal? 30 secured UK locations before the end of 2026.

A huge thank you to everyone helping us reach these milestones — our franchise owners, trainers, members, UK Head Office team and the wider fit20 global community. 💚

We’re excited to announce that Barnet is the latest fit20 territory to be secured.

With new studios opening and more territories being taken across the country, it’s fantastic to see the fit20 network continuing to build momentum.

Soon, another community will have access to a completely different approach to strength training, helping people become stronger, healthier and more independent in just 20 minutes a week.

And for our newest franchise owners, this is where the journey begins. We can’t wait to watch fit20 Barnet take shape and share more as plans progress.
