DISTRICT L WEEKEND
This Friday, Saturday and Sunday, CrossFit Sheffield heads back to District L with a whopping 8 teams (just like previous years) taking on one of the best team competitions in the calendar.
Year after year our members show up, support each other and throw themselves into the challenge, and 2026 is no different.

CrossFit Juniors is still on this week as normal.
While lots of our members are away competing in the Lake District, Coach Chris is holding the fort and ready to put the juniors through their paces.

A fun, supportive environment where young athletes can build confidence, learn new skills and improve their fitness alongside friends.

Heard the term On Ramp but not quite sure what it means?
Our On Ramp course is the starting point for anyone new to CrossFit. Over 3 sessions, you’ll work with a coach to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and get comfortable with the movements you’ll see in class.
We’ll cover everything from squats and presses to safe lifting mechanics, helping you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.
Over the next few videos we’ll be giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what to expect during On Ramp, so you can see exactly how we help new members get started.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just a supportive environment to learn, improve and feel ready to join the group classes.

GYMSYNC is back at CrossFit Sheffield on Friday 3rd July.
Get a team of 4 together and take on “Raging Rapids” – a 30-minute team workout combining ski ergs, rowers, burpees and plenty of hard work.
Teams can be all male, all female or mixed, with the workout designed to test fitness, teamwork and your engine.
£12 per person.
First heat starts at 5pm and we’ll run 3–4 heats depending on numbers.
The last event was a brilliant night with a great atmosphere, so we’re looking forward to doing it all again. Get your team sorted, get signed up and we’ll see you on the competition floor.

Membership Retention Programme: Activated.
After a thorough recruitment process (the owners Puppies’s), our newest employees have officially started work.
Their responsibilities include:
* Greeting members
* Accepting unlimited fuss
* Supervising cool downs
* Monitoring snack consumption
* Boosting gym morale
Early feedback suggests they’re outperforming management already.

For ages 10–15, these sessions are about much more than fitness. We focus on building confidence, learning new skills, working as a team and having plenty of fun along the way.
