The course is running pretty dry, a little bit of grease and slippyness in places. Just enough to make THE HILL a decent challenge.

Shoe choice is very much individual preference, some grip will definitely help in places.

Carbon road shoes probably not the shoe of choice 😄

Weather looking great for tomorrow 👌🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍁

There are a couple of Road Closures for Sundays race.
Signs are now up.
Rustlings rd from peveril to the mini round about is closed.
Highcliffe / Hangingwater cutting through Bingham park is also closed for a few hours.

Diversions are clearly marked and shouldn’t cause more than a couple minute delay.

Residents on Rustlings rd can exit the bottom of the road during the closure (not the mini round about side, but are strongly encouraged not to do so between 10:00 and 10:05am when the 10k runners will be coming up the rd en masse.

The Rustlings Rd WhatsApp group are already aware.

Please share this info to anyone you think might need it.

Come down and support the kids at 9:15am and the Adults in the 10k at 10am

We’ve got 100 cow bells to give away to the first 100 spectators to arrive on THE HILL on Sunday!

It’s going to be an incredible atmosphere.

Bring the family.

For those of you who aren’t sure where this is it’s just inside Bingham park up on the left hand side near the bowling green.

The steep grassy hill.

The runners run up this twice!

Your support will be much appreciated.

Our Marshall Andy at the top of the hill will be giving them out 😍👏🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍁
