Mindful movement - dance and martial arts on Friday mornings at U-Mix centre

After establishing a sucessful class on Tuesday evenings, I'm trying to gain momentum with my Friday morning classes at U-Mix Centre dance studio if anyone could share within their circles.

I teach Nia which combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness. It's a safe space for those intimidated by the fitness industry or those wanting something a bit different to complement their current fitness routine.
