Our Coffee & Cake Club is back at Castle Country Club, and this month we’re adding a little something extra to the menu...

Tuesday 25th August at 11:30am, Will from Total Physio Clinic will be joining us in the Bistro for a relaxed and informal chat about physiotherapy, the common aches and pains he sees, and some simple advice on keeping your body moving well.

Will will also be around to answer your questions, so if you’ve got a troublesome knee, stiff shoulder, aching back or something that’s been niggling away, this is a great opportunity to have a chat.

A huge thank you to everyone who came over to see us at the Castle Country Club stand yesterday. It was brilliant to meet so many people and have some great conversations about the Club.

A very warm welcome to all of our new members who joined us at the show. We’re really looking forward to welcoming you into the Club and helping you get the most from your membership.

It was also lovely to see so many current and past members stopping by to say hello. Seeing so many familiar faces really reminded us what a fantastic community we have around Castle Country Club.
