In the blistering heat, we had some of our amazing camp of new UWCB fighters step in to learn the fundamentals of boxing.
A bit of fitness, and right into the bare basics!
These guys SMASHED it!
We are already at over £2,000 raised for charity and we’ve only just begun the 8 week training camp!

Fighters have started the recovery phase, tactically sparring, light cardio and getting locked in.
We have an amazing evening of bouts coming up, and it’s just a taster of what’s to come in the next few months.
