Huge congratulations from all of us at K&D to Omaris Khan, who this week has been called up to the England Under 19's invitational squad.

The Invitational squad will play both England Men U19s (26 June) and South Africa Men U19s (27 June) at the Hazlegrave Ground in Loughborough before the YODI series begins at the Uptonsteel County Ground in Leicester on Tuesday 30 June.

Everyone at Knowle & Dorridge Cricket Club would like to offer our condolences on the passing of Keith Piper.

Keith played for the club in the early 1990s and made many friends during his time with us.

Rest in peace, Keith. You will be fondly remembered.

Warwickshire County Cricket Club is saddened to learn of the passing of Bears wicketkeeper-batter Keith Piper at the age of 56.

Piper was part of the playing staff at Warwickshire for 16 years before taking up a role as Second XI coach, and was a key member of the treble-winning team of 1994.
