The beautiful bride 😍👰🏼💍
She lost a total of 33.3cm circumference in total body fat 🫡
Whilst also building muscle in the areas she wanted to grow, such as the glutes & the back to achieve a more lifted, curvier, but lean physique 🤩🍑⌛️
Just in time for the wedding of her dreams 🥹
She walked down the aisle feeling her best, most beautiful, sexy self! Which is the only way you should feel on your wedding day 😍👰🏼
It’s been an absolute pleasure to be apart of such a beautiful journey… and slowly watching things come together just in time for the big day 💍
Nina worked SOOO hard, week in and week out. Always communicating with me. Always giving me feedback. Always checking in, always showing up, always putting in 110%; even on the “bad” days
Nina is one of those clients that really lets me put my skills to the test… because she actually works with me and puts my advice into action

Now we’re going to do some reverse dieting & rebuild her maintenance calories. So she can keep these results💪🏼

I get it! Because most of the ladies I train now, once had this mindset
They would weigh themselves every week, sometimes every day 😳
And then they would spiral when they had a slight increase or if it stayed the same
It took away all enjoyment from the journey and the process
Because that was the only measurement of success in their eyes…
It would either cause them to not want to eat, or just binge because “what’s the point”?
But your weight can change for all different reasons over the course of the day, such as:
- water retention
- eating something salty
- drinking a lot (which you should be doing)
- eating food
- needing to poo
- coming on your period
Stop focusing on the scale and instead, focus on building muscle, getting stronger, getting really good at exercising, eating healthier foods that fuel your body & staying consistent
And watch how much better you look & feel

Still managing to run a 5k (with the push-chair & my almost one year old🥹) 🤰🏼
Yes it’s slow…
But… This time in my last pregnancy I had to stop running because it felt to uncomfortable on my stomach, so I’m buzzing that I’m able to run still 🙏🏼🏃🏼♀️
On a 4 week streak so far 💪🏼
I’m already thinking about how I’m going to run with a double push chair & two kids 🤣
But when there’s a will there’s a way 💅🏼

THE RELIEF 😅🤰🏼
As you all know now, I’m preggers for the 2nd time ☺️
I’ll be going on maternity in November, which is around 5 months away (still PLENTY of time to see some great results)
Which is why I’m putting the word out there now…
