Two happy teams today! ✅ ✅

Sky Blues hosting Grangemouth Kaisers at the Uni and getting the job done, creating plenty of chances and battling well when they had to. Some nice passages of play providing well worked goals! With regular keeper Jack unavailable, Alexander Hay & Connor took spells in the sticks to help the team see it through - well done boys!

Maroons carrying on their good form away to Central in Grangemouth this morning. Lots of strong performances as the team displayed good shape & control throughout, getting a few goals ahead before conceding a goal towards the end of the game. Goals from Mert, Rocco and a double from Ronan ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Sky Blues were on their travels this morning through to Grangemouth to take on Syngenta Lions.

A tough test against a team who have came over from West Lothian’s top division. The boys battled well and went into half time with the score at 0-0. After going behind the SB’s scored to get themselves back into the game but despite their efforts, a couple of late goals for Syngenta seen the result go their way.

A valiant effort from the boys today and they’ll be back at it during training this week ahead of the next fixture ⚽️⚽️⚽️

The Maroons carried on from last week’s win with another excellent performance this morning against Milngavie. After going ahead through Rocco in the first half after a fine move, it stayed 1-0 into the second half then goals from Ronan, Connor & Frankie took control of the game, before Milngavie got one back late on.

Some really good passages of play across the team but more importantly, for the second week in a row, a really good display of effort, desire, anticipation and attitude - all the basics that we’ve been trying to encourage. Great to see!

A lot of thanks to Mert for playing in goals after Ross pulled up in the warm up. Mert sacrificed himself for the team and played really well in the sticks today.

A positive Saturday for both teams this morning!

Sky Blues battling out a draw with Stenhousemuir at Stirling Uni, with the boys putting in a strong performance and never giving up in a really competitive game. Another good showing on the back of an impressive result last weekend ⚽️

Maroons travelled early to Glasgow to face in-form Easterhouse and put in a fantastic performance and deserved their result. Full of energy and desire throughout the game with excellent goals from Mert, Caleb and Ronan, great to watch! Referees choice for man of the match was Rocco 🏆

Mixed results for the boys today as shown by the happy and not so happy faces!

Sky Blues with a fantastic performance against Syngenta after initially going behind. A great team effort turned this around by half time and then kicked on again in the second half - well done boys!

Maroons will be disappointed with their showing against Grangemouth Kings after so many positives last week. Some of the basics escaping them today and work to be done when we get back in to training this week to prepare for the next game!

Maroons away Vs EDFC

Great shift from the Maroons today ending in a draw against EDFC which, on the balance of chances, was a fair result.

Everybody worked their socks off and although we made it hard for ourselves at times, the boys dug in and stuck together to make sure they got something from the game.

A braw night for football at Stirling Uni tonight as both our teams put in the work!

Our Sky Blues taking on the young team in the shape of the 2016s Sky Blues, with our boys looking good & strong. Credit to the 2016s for putting in a shift and having a go at 9s 👏🏻

Maroons hosted Syngenta and put in an excellent, controlled performance. Lots of effort and managed to use the ball really well. Thanks to Syngenta for coming over again 🤝🏻

On to Saturday for another couple of games for the boys ⚽️⚽️⚽️
