Chester 10K πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ¨
So today, we completed part 1 of the Chester Triple Series on a beautiful, warm, sunny morning π
The goal for today was sub 1 hour, so I'm happy with a 56 minute time. Nowhere near my PB, but with only 3 runs done this year to date, I'll take it π
Onto the Chester half in May and then the Chester marathon in October β³οΈ

Today was a Christmas special and the last Spin and Lift for 2024 ππ
A tough session finishing off with my annual 12 Days of Christmas WOD πββοΈπββοΈπ
Thank you to all who have supported me by continuing to come on Saturday mornings, and I hope you have all enjoyed the sessions in return π
Onto a bigger and better 2025 where we will continue again with Spin and Lift after the New Year π

Exciting news, which some of you may already know, but just to share with you all now, is that I will be transitioning into my new role at PureGym Stoke North as the new AGM.
I have had some great years at the club as a PT working with so many members, whether it be in classes, as my clients, or in general on the gym floor. It's an honour to have been chosen to step up and face a new challenge, and I look forward to seeing where this journey goes.
Massive thanks to and all the other AGMs who I've worked under and helping me to develop my skills within the gym. Thanks again to all the members I've worked with as I also wouldn't have developed without your feedback and support.
So you have 1 more full week of my classes on the current timetable before I move to the new role, so keep an eye out on changes to the timetable.
