Big congratulations to our club members who completed their Paddlesport Instructor Course this weekend. Big thank you to Flying Gecko for providing a top quality course

On Monday 16th-17th Feb the club is hosting a Core Coach course led by Flying Gecko. We have a couple of spaces available on this course, we also have some spaces available for the Sheltered Water Canoe/Kayak Coach Training on 18th-19th Feb.
If you are interested then drop us a message on here or email [email protected]. Courses are £220 each, if you are wanting to do both core coach and the sheltered water you can get both for £400.

We're excited to announce that the club has just taken delivery of two brand-new Dragon Boats! 🐉🚣‍♂️

There’s never been a better time to get involved — we run our Dragon Boat sessions every Thursday at 6pm, all year round. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned paddler, you’re welcome to come along and give it a go!

Thanks to all who attended this mornings Club AGM, great to see so many faces both in the room and some attending online too!!

As always we'd like to extend our thanks to those who have fulfilled committee roles over the last year and congratulate those elected into executive roles today. Our Club relies on volunteers and it's great that we always have people willing to put themselves forwards to organise, lead and coach!!

Remember, the rest of the positions will be voted on at the next committee meeting so if you are interested in joining the committee then let us know and/or attend the meeting on 3rd December at 7:30pm in the club room.

Toda the clubs canoe polo team played their first 3 games of the season. Great effort all round by everyone, we look forward to next months round of games

Monday marked our final evening club session on the lake until next spring — apart from the occasional full moon paddle!

Don’t worry though, our Sunday morning club sessions continue right through the winter, so there’s still plenty of opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy some paddling.

Today the club enjoyed a misty morning on the lake followed by lots of coffee, cake and a raffle for the Dougie Mac in memory of Lynda, thank you to everyone that turned up and supported the cause.
