🗞️ Today BBC News reported that just under one million young people in the UK are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
I was fortunate enough to be given opportunities for work experience when I was younger. From helping with holiday clubs when I was at school, delivering workshops for swimming clubs and rugby teams while at college, then spending a season with a professional football team and a premiership rugby squad the year after while at university.
All unpaid and all for experience.
Now I'm lucky enough to work with young people in afterschool clubs, GB athletes completing their S&C and helping over 60s stay active. I'm very fortunate to call this my job ❤️
So, if your a young person NEET and you need some work experience, I'm happy to help. All that I ask is a commitment to one day a week for 6 weeks and for you to cover the cost of your own enhanced DBS.
You will work with clients, help run classes, clean and support the day to day running of the gym.
