🔵⚪️ Battle Cancer is BACK

We are very lucky to be offering our fourth Battle Cancer Challenge program from the gym starting in September 2026.

💰 These classes are FREE to anyone who has personally experienced cancer and has now been given the all clear to exercise again by their doctor.

We aim to create a safe and supportive environment, with like minded people, to welcome you back to exercise here in Stoke on Trent.

🙋‍♂️ Bring a partner or a friend for support, this is your journey, we are here for you.

Classes start on Wednesday 9th September with a group induction and baseline assessments. The course will then last 12 weeks running on a Wednesday 10am, Friday 10am and Sunday Yoga at 10am also.

📆 We ask that you try to attend as many sessions as possible but we understand that a 12 weeks is a big commitment and that some weeks you might already have plans.
