This is me!!
At 43, I bring experience, resilience, and real-life understanding to everything I do. As a dedicated personal trainer, passionate football player, and someone currently training for the London Marathon, fitness isn’t just my profession — it’s who I am.
I know what it feels like to be sidelined. After rupturing my ACL and tearing my meniscus, I experienced firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with serious injury. The frustration. The setbacks. The doubt. But I refused to let that define me. Through disciplined rehab, smart programming, and sheer determination, I rebuilt my strength and came back stronger.
Training for the London Marathon is another chapter in that journey — pushing my limits, staying consistent, and proving that age and past injuries don’t get the final say.
That experience shapes how I coach. I don’t just understand training from textbooks — I understand it from lived experience. I know how to adapt, how to rebuild, and how to progress safely and effectively.
I’m passionate about supporting people at every stage — whether you’re starting out, returning from injury, or chasing a new personal best. My coaching style is supportive, motivating, and tailored to you.

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and power of women everywhere. At our studio, we’re proud to be a space where women show up for themselves — to move, grow stronger, build confidence, and support one another.
