🥋 WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR FIRST TAEKWON-DO CLASS?

Walking into a martial arts class for the first time can feel a bit intimidating.

So for our new beginner intake on Monday 5th October, we’re making it as easy as possible.

You won’t be expected to know anything.

You won’t be thrown in with people who’ve trained for years.

You won’t need a Taekwon-Do suit.

Our beginners will start together.

On your first night, we’ll introduce you to the basics, get you moving, show you some simple techniques and help you settle into the class at your own pace.

And if you enjoy it, you’ll spend the next few weeks working towards your first grading on Friday 11th December. 🏆
