👉 Who is it for?
✅ The program is specifically designed for women in their 40’s to put an end to procrastinating and lack of motivation to restart their fitness journey. It’s designed for women who’ve tried workout plans to do on their own, complicated nutrition plans, and time consuming workouts and still haven’t been able to feel strong, fit and confident again.
👉 What’s included?
✅ You’ll get the Feel Fit & Fabulous Again At 40 Challenge - 6 weeks of workouts, weekly group accountability calls to keep you on track, 6 week nutrition guidance to maximise results, accountability WhatsApp group, the Warrior Woman app to use anywhere, anytime, and lastly discounted monthly coaching once the challenge has ended, valued at £899.
👉 What equipment do I need?
✅ If you are a gym member, you’ll just need a barbell and/or some dumbbells. If you have these at home - great! No gym machines required, just free weights.
👉 How much time do I need to dedicate?
✅ The workouts are 4 sessions a week, a minimum of 45 minutes each session, with optional HIIT finishers if you want to really go for it! 2 days will be “Active Recovery” which is steady state cardio - an hour of walking for example (if you have a dog, you’ll do this easy). This is purely fat burning.
👉 If I wanted 121 remote coaching sessions for the first few weeks before I start the program, can I do that?
