Festival season is officially upon us ☀️ Which means a slightly reduced timetable this month, as I will be away at Download festival.

🔥 Wednesdays @ 7pm - Redhouse Community Centre, Swindon, SN25 2NJ
💀 Saturdays @ 9:30am - Dean Court Community Association, Botley, Oxford, OX2 9DG

❌️ No class on 27th June. I'll be supporting the Cardiff rockathon.

Download is nearly here 🎉 Who will be joining us at the RockFit classes this year? 🤘🏻

2 weeks today, we'll be on our way back to the hallowed grounds!
We'll dance together, sing together and just be together.

Bodies, meet floor 🫠 Crikey that was a warm one 🥵 even with air con and taking it lower impact throughout! Well done team, you absolutely smashed it 🤘🏻 More next week, when hopefully it's a tad cooler!
