Just to make backers of 20 Strong: Awaken Realms [Chip Theory Games] aware, this is a very large project with a considerable number of complex orders that need bespoke packing, so please note it will take us some time to get through all the orders. We are however a good quarter of the way through already, with packages continuing to leave us daily.

Fulfilment Update 02/10/2026

Another week flies by and we have seen a number of dispatches!
Van Ryder Final Girl 4 is now complete, and we have also seen completion of Night Hunters by Kobold Press, Timeless Journey by Lirius Games and City of the Black Rose by Roll and Play Press.

We have begun the processing of Candy Cove by Arkus Games and Jump-Masters by Chip Theory Games.
20Strong: Awaken Realms will be following close behind Jumpmasters on Tuesday / Wednesday of next week.

A number of other Address confirmations have been sent for upcoming projects - namely - Alchemia by Hyperlixer, Dicequest by Skytear and Steller Ventures by Table Tapas.

Please note that address verifications are often sent a week or more ahead of dispatch to allow us to begin dispatch as quickly as possible once all shipping requirements have been met, and it should not be assumed that dispatch is occurring in the next few days follow recipt.
So in worse cases there might be a wait of several weeks from notification if pre-dispatch requirements are still outstanding, please do not be concerned, this is normal.

We're almost at the end of another month! Here's our current breakdown of projects inbound at Spiral.

Final Girl 4 [Van Ryder] is still ongoing, however we have had 30+ pallets leave the warehouse today so you should be seeing considerable movement with your orders over the weekend. Due to a new system, we've been bulk dispatching this project as to make this more straightforward with our couriers, and we only have a small handful of orders remaining, due to leave us early next week. Please hold off contacting our support team until next week regarding the whereabouts of your orders, as this has been a very large project and you are likely to receive your tracking numbers over the coming if you haven't already.

A very busy week this week at Spiral with lots of projects now completed! We've taken a few projects off this list that have been on "En Route" for a while, and replaced these with projects that are due into the warehouse sooner, but those projects will be back on the chart once the others are finished.

Next Monday 31st August is a Bank Holiday here in the UK, so we won't be back in the office until Tuesday 1st. Please bear with us over the next few days as we catch up with the correspondence that comes through today and over the weekend!

We've got a lot of address confirmations for upcoming projects going out this afternoon so do keep an eye on your emails coming through! We're currently heading towards a busy period in the warehouse as we've a lot of projects landing at the same time, and at this stage it's hard to know which ones will be the first to ship out.

If you've received an address confirmation, we are looking to start dispatch within the next 1-2 weeks so if your order doesn't dispatch immediately from next Monday please don't be alarmed as these will just be in our dispatch queue and will be out at the soonest opportunity. You don't need to reach out to our customer service until the project shows as "Initial Dispatch Completed" as it would be in this case that you should have then received a dispatch confirmation email and tracking number.
