We've got a lot of address confirmations for upcoming projects going out this afternoon so do keep an eye on your emails coming through! We're currently heading towards a busy period in the warehouse as we've a lot of projects landing at the same time, and at this stage it's hard to know which ones will be the first to ship out.

If you've received an address confirmation, we are looking to start dispatch within the next 1-2 weeks so if your order doesn't dispatch immediately from next Monday please don't be alarmed as these will just be in our dispatch queue and will be out at the soonest opportunity. You don't need to reach out to our customer service until the project shows as "Initial Dispatch Completed" as it would be in this case that you should have then received a dispatch confirmation email and tracking number.

Outgunned Superheros [Two Little Mice] has now been moved to Paused as we await the remaining stock from the publisher to finish this off. Once it arrives on site we will be able to send out the rest of the orders as soon as possible however please be aware there's no ETA for this currently.

Please find below the current status of our ongoing projects!

While we begun the fulfilment for Outgunned Superheros [Two Little Mice] with the stock we had available at the request of the publisher, we unfortunately cannot continue as we're waiting for the rest of this to arrive in the warehouse. If you haven't yet received your dispatch confirmation, this is due to missing items so we are unable to proceed until the publisher has sent these to us. We don't currently have an ETA for this stock nor any additional information on when these orders will dispatch yet, however we will be able to continue this project once the stock is on site.

Several Projects completed this week with something of an avalanche of projects inbound ..

Couple of notes for you this week:

Outgunned is largelky complete but there are still a couple of items we are awaiting. This is down to slow logistics pathways largely resulting from the current global situation. Unfortunately there's not a lot the publisher or Spiral can do to speed these up!
Distilled Cocktails has landed and is now in inventory and sort. Hoping to have this one starting next week.
ICE and Founders is now on our list of inbound projects, expected to land with us next week and then begin dispatch the following week.

Fulfilment Update 17/07/2026

Hope everyone is having a lovely week!

Just as an update regarding the orders for Bullet Cubed [Level99], this project is reaching the final stretch. We had a number of parcels returning to us from the EU due to an issue relating to the publisher's EU VAT credentials, however this has now been resolved and the returned parcels have now been reshipped. Unfortunately there are some more that are still in the process of returning to us, but we will get these back out of the warehouse as soon as we can. There are also a handful of orders that are currently waiting for additional stock before we can get these dispatched, and we're working with Level99 on this and plan to ship these as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we're doing everything we can to make sure these orders are in the hands of backers soon!

We are aware that there are a number of backers for Bullet Cubed [Level99] who have received notification that their parcel is returning to us. This is something we're in the processes of resolving, and we're working with the publisher to get these orders back on track as soon as possible.

Fulfilment Update 03/07/2026

Hope everyone is having a good week! We have a number of projects that have completed over the last few days and many more that are currently lining up for dispatch.

Macaraccoon [Memesyslab] has been moved back into our dispatch queue following the resolution of the final steps from the publisher. Obviously this project has fallen out of the originally expected timeline for fulfilment and we have a number of other projects currently underway, however all being well we are hoping to start dispatching Macaraccoon orders at some point next week.

Pathfinder Quest [Paizo] has now completed following the stock shortage being resolved, as has Hand of Doom [Goblinko]. If you have any problems with your orders please do let us customer service team know as soon as possible. We don't currently have an ETA for the additional stock of Emerlands [Tabletop Tycoon] however we'll get the remaining orders dispatched as quickly as we can once this is with us.

Exceed: 7th Cross and Dealer's Tarot [Level99 Games] have completed, with their third project Bullet Cubed fast approaching completion too, the final orders estimated to dispatch next week. Hope everyone is managing to keep cool in this weather! We've had to close part of our warehouse this week due to the extreme heat, however as things are due to be cooler again next week we'll be able to open things back up and return to getting orders shipped out as usual.

The stock for Hand of Doom [Goblinko] has now arrived with us, so we'll be looking to get the remaining orders for this project out next week to complete this.

Macaraccoon [Memesyslab] has been moved to paused as we're currently waiting for the publisher to complete the last steps before we can begin. Once this has been completed, we'll be able to begin the dispatch of these orders.
