THANK YOU MJ GRAYSON

I wanted to make sure we got this post right because this past weekend, MJ Grayson officially retired from professional wrestling and it definitely feels like we have lost a part of APW.

MJ was one of the first wrestlers we took a chance on offering regular shows to back in 2018 outside of our promotion. It’s easily one of the best decisions we made. In 2020 he started doing sessions at our training school and was even part of behind closed doors show at our unit which never aired as we were able to announce a show month later

Many of us at APW have shared a locker room at other promotions with MJ and I can pretty much guarantee all of them will say how much of a nice guy he is and I’m so glad he went to New Wave to improve his craft because if there was anyone who deserved success in this business it was him and now this business is worse off without him in it.

MJ you will be truly missed at APW and we will be forever grateful for everything you did for this promotion and you will absolutely smash it being a father.

Thank you 🖤

In what was a very busy, hectic and stressful weekend for Spotfest Wrestling Events and APW, it will go down as one of the best weekends we’ve done.

First Saturdays evening event before the show did not go as we planned. A lot of issues that sadly we could not avoid as much as we tried to. Luckily once the show got going it became an after thought and a sold out Dawley Town Hall could be heard from miles away due to our amazing wrestling fanatics in attendance.

But this weekend at the For Love Of Retro event at the International Centre was just INSANELY GOOD!!! With some crazy memories and some great action packed wrestling. It was so good that Daniel Pesina Carlos Pesina Anthony Marquez from the original Mortal Kombat Games got involved with one of our showcases.

But when we thought it was all over the surprises just kept coming as James Hunter Crossley Diane Youdale Jefferson King | 90s Gladiator | The Shadow | LOCK IN 10/10 & Michael Wilson from Gladiators added another huge appearance to APWs Showcases at For Love Of Retro.

Footage to come, but what an amazing weekend we have had and we will never forget how fortunate we are to be creating these moments.

We look forward to next year 🙂
