7.9kg of fat down since November. 👏

A huge shoutout to Rachael for everything she’s achieved over the last 7 months.

As a busy teacher, one of her biggest challenges was finding time to prioritise her own health and fitness. But through consistency, learning when to switch off from work, and putting herself first, she’s transformed her results.

Not only is she 7.9kg down, she’s built muscle, added definition, and smashed her very first pull up!!!
