📣📣. CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT 📣📣

Tonight’s class (Monday 15th June) is cancelled in Towcester due to a swarm of bees forming at the hall.

All bookings will be moved to next week, if you have a 4 class pass your booking will be moved to the end of the 4 class schedule.

In the meantime I’ll look for a nice class finisher for next week.

Super proud of these two, nailed the Cynthia Spencer 5K colour run in 36 mins and 44 mins. No swearing involved !!!

I know times are tough for lots of people and we booked our places not intending to fundraise but as someone said last night every little helps.

Northampton Colour Run 2026 Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people living with a life-limiting illness. We support patients, their families, and those who care for them across West Northamptonshir

So pleased to have been able to support this epic fundraising effort with a raffle prize. Well done Team Powell and all the supporters 👏👏

Wow! What an amazing day we had on Saturday.

A day to remember Rob Powell — and I think he would have been proud of all of us.

Together, we raised £1,500 for Plymouth Hospitals Charity, which helped Rob enjoy his final holiday in Cornwall.

Thank you to everyone who supported the day, donated, and raised a glass to a truly wonderful man ❤️

Unusually we have some spaces available tomorrow and coincidently there are 4 Mondays left in June 🤷‍♀️ that means the 4 class pass fits perfectly into the month of June.
