MUM & BABY CLASS 👶

Every Thursday we have a 45 min exercise class for Mums & their babies! Spaces have opened up in this class as maternity leave finishes for lots of regulars ✨

If you’re keen to make sometime for yourself and get back into some exercise post baby then drop a message we’ll get you booked in! 🌸

We have lots of Mums at all different stages of their post partum journey. Rest as needed, change a nappy if you need to. I’ll provide nursery rhymes and do my best to entertain the little ones! 🤪
