One of the best things about circus isn’t just learning amazing new skills — it’s the people you meet along the way.

There’s something pretty special about trusting a partner, trying a new move together, cheering each other on… and having a good laugh when things don’t quite go to plan! 😄

From doubles on the aerial hoop to helping each other master a tricky new trick, circus is all about connection, teamwork and sharing the joy of learning something new.

Climbing, swinging, balancing, tumbling and flying through the air is great fun — but it’s also a workout! 🤸

Taking a few minutes after your circus session to gently foam roll and stretch can be a lovely way to help your muscles relax and recover.

So once the tricks are done, give those muscles a little TLC. ❤️

Train hard. Have fun. Recover well. 🎪✨

Aerial silks are a wonderful way for young circus students to build strength, coordination and confidence while learning exciting new skills — all while having an enormous amount of fun!
