🚨Wolf Pack meeting TONIGHT 6:30pm🚨

▪️Tonight we are meeting at Broompark picnic area.

Last night we ran a good 5+ mile circular route starting and ending at Lone Wolf HQ at Ushaw Historic House 🐺.

Great loop and good to see the return of Peter Woods after his recent injuries. Thanks again to our resident photographer Helen Johnston Richardson.

Congratulations to Georgina Dean , one of our newest pack members completed her first ever ultra in the peak district at the weekend. 🐺.

Well done Georgina, our other members will agree an ultra is one of the biggest challenges. We look forward to hearing all about it when you've recovered. 🐺

Great Hill of Esh completed 🐺

Well done to the pack members who made it out tonight. We kept it steady on the hill due to the temperature for 2 reps, one up to the very top then down and one back up half way.

Special shout out to John W who arrived 30 mins early and had already completed a few hills. Thanks to Helen for the photos tonight, Helen is in recovery mode but tagged along with Alfie the superhero lab. 🦮

▪️We will meet at Esh Winning, near The Stags Head / Station avenue to start on the lines nearby.

▪️Trail shoes for this one and it’s warm so please bring some water and your £1 for charity. Hopefully see you soon 🐺

Good luck to one of our longest serving members of the Wolfpack Running Club today, John Richardson ran his first ever ultra just under a month ago, and today he is taking part in the Dun Holm Challenge in Durham running his second ultra.

This run is 50k and John is running solo loops around the Durham/ Maiden Castle area. If you're arounr Durham and see him give him a big cheer or a wold howl!

John has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and we all wish him well today on his Ultra!

▪️Steady pace, taking in the hills and trails. Great to have Georgina join us for the first time tonight. Great effort.
