OMG 🙈🙈 I asked ChatGPT:
“What’s another way of describing ‘the sparkly member’?”

So here’s Rachel… who apparently could also be referred to as “his glitter cannon”, “the sparkle sausage” or “the bedazzled baton”!! 😭😂

This “sparkly member” of our Wednesday 10:45 “Young At Heart” class rocks up every week with a smile, enthusiasm, and a whole lot of laughter. She’s actually like popping candy in human form -albeit always late!

I genuinely can’t think of many real-life situations where toe-touching is a required life skill. So stop worrying about it!

Unpopular opinion: being super flexible isn’t always a good thing.
Loads of flexibility but lacking in strength = joints that are basically freestyling!

Pilates is not just for the bendy folk that walk amongst us.

There are 34 original Pilates exercises and you can do a version of every single one of them without being flexible.

Pilates is about strength, control and stability. The flexibility -it’s just a side effect.

Stiff, bendy or anything in between… don’t let that be the determining factor in giving it a go.

No toe touching required! ACTUALLY.
