💚🏏 CARLTON CC PRESENTATION NIGHT 2026 🏏💛

A great night was had by all on Friday as we came together at Town Street to celebrate the season, recognise some outstanding contributions and thank the many people who make our club what it is. 💚

For the first time in the club’s history, we presented awards to our Carlton Women’s Team, marking a special milestone for the club and the start of an exciting new chapter.

🏆 Kevin McDermott took home the prestigious Frank Dobson Trophy for outstanding all-round performance, alongside the First XI Batting Award and Players’ Player Award.

🏏 Tom Ward collected the Second XI Bowling Award and Players’ Player Award, and shared the Match-Winning Performance Award with Les Goff for their heroics in the final game of the season.

👏 Kieron Holliday received the Ken Claybrough Award in recognition of his work coaching and developing our new Women’s Team, while Philip Hulme was presented with the Brian Ramsden Unsung Hero Award for his contribution to the club.

There were plenty of other awards presented and many thank-yous shared throughout the evening. Congratulations to all our winners, and a huge thank you to everyone who has played, coached, volunteered, sponsored and supported Carlton throughout 2026.

Here’s to another season at Town Street! 💚💛🏏

💚🏏 TWO CARLTON NOMINATIONS 🏏💚

We’re incredibly proud as a club to see Kieron Holliday and Sarah Pollard both recognised through prestigious cricket award nominations. 👏

These nominations are a fantastic recognition of the time, commitment and passion they both give to cricket and to the people around them. From coaching and developing our women’s team to scoring, supporting officials and helping volunteers across the game, both Kez and Sarah make a huge contribution — much of it behind the scenes and without ever asking for recognition.

To have two people from our little club at Town Street recognised through these awards is something we should all be incredibly proud of. 💚

🙏 Please show your support and take a moment to vote for both of them!
