It wasn’t quite our way in the end, but what a night we had! A sell-out crowd, an electric atmosphere, and we loved every second of entertaining the fans and cheering our boys on!

📖Once upon a time…

There was a cheer squad, full of sparkle and sass,
Ready to dance while the Trin marched past.
Pom-poms were shaking, the crowd was alive,
The atmosphere buzzing from kick one to five.
The boys went down to just twelve on the field,
But giving up? That’s one thing they’d never yield!
They tackled, they battled, they ran with such might,
Turning a tough evening into pure red -white-and-blue delight.

As for Cas… well, what can we say?
They spent most of the match just chasing the play.
The Tigers were roaring… or so we were told,
But Trinty’s performance was simply pure gold.

We danced, we cheered, with smiles shining bright,
Proud to be part of an unforgettable night. 🔴⚪️🔵

For so many years, you captured the moments that meant so much to our team, both on and off the pitch. Your photographs gave us memories that we will treasure forever.

Thank you for everything you did for us over the years. We will always be grateful for the countless memories you helped preserve.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with your wife, children, and all your family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

❤️ It is with a heavy heart that we learn of the passing of our friend and colleague Dean Williams.

Many fans will recognise Dean as our club photographer, a role he held with great pride for 12 years at Wakefield Trinity capturing some incredibly iconic moments.

A man that was incredibly passionate about Wakefield Trinity, Dean was a fan first throughout the 80s before becoming involved in the club.

Everyone at the club would like to pass on our thoughts and condolences to his wife, Faye and children, James and Mark and all of his friends and family.

Rest in Peace Dean. You will be dearly missed. ❤️🤍💙
