A fantastic day out competing with the team Manchester 🏴☠️🤼♂️🥋
Some great performances from both kids and adults today, some wins, some losses but always plenty of experience to learn, grow and develop from 📈
We are very proud of the whole team especially those who have had the courage and commitment to step out their comfort zone and into competition for the first time 🏴☠️
Thank you to everyone who came today and the whole Blackbeard Team for their continued efforts and support 🙏🏽

We’ve been exploring options for beating your opponent’s defensive frames from top side control and setting up some submission attacks for the triangle and arm bars 💪🏽

Congratulations to Grace on her star of the Month award, it’s amazing to see her development within the kids team recently and to watch all her team mates cheer and celebrate as she received it was amazing to see 🙏🏽

Great energy and training at the academy last night from everyone, it’s always a pleasure to see old members returning and more new friendly faces joining us and enjoying their training and time here with the team 🏴☠️
