💙🏉 Get Well Soon, Frankie! 🏉💙
Everyone at Ince Rose Bridge Sports and Community Club would like to send our best wishes to Frankie from our U10s Rugby Juniors and wish him a speedy recovery following an accident at school on Tuesday.
After a fall during breakfast club, Frankie was taken to hospital where it was discovered that he had fractured his T6 and T7 vertebrae. Throughout it all, he has shown incredible bravery and toughness, never once complaining despite the injury.
Today, Frankie received a visit from some of his teammates, who spent time with him and helped lift his spirits. It was fantastic to see the friendship, support, and team spirit that rugby brings both on and off the field.
We’re all thinking of you, Frankie. Keep smiling, keep being brave, and take all the time you need to recover. We can’t wait to see you back with the team when you’re ready.

Today we travelled to Crosfields in tough, hot conditions and saw some great rugby from both sides.
We started slowly, with our defence and cohesion not quite where we wanted it early on, but the lads never let their heads drop. The final 20 minutes, especially the last 10, showed much better effort, organisation and structure, with plenty of positives to take into the next fixture and training.
**Opposition Player of the Match**
Jimmy – made a real impact in the final 10 minutes. Outstanding effort in defence, finishing 2nd in the tackle count, and scored some quality tries that gave us momentum.
**Coaches Player**
Joel – worked hard all game and made a big difference in attack with his quick feet and strong running.
**Top Tackler**
Oliver B – immense in defence with a huge work rate, brilliant cover tackles and some well-timed hits that changed momentum for us.
**Player of the Month**
Brogan – a well deserved Player of the Month. Works hard every single game, puts the team first and always gives 100% in everything asked of him. Brilliant at gaining us vital yards and leading by example with his effort and attitude.
Overall, our defence wasn’t at the level we know it can be, but the lads kept battling and never gave up, which we can all can be proud of.

🏉 U9s Match Report – Pats (Away)
Our final game of the season — a gritty local derby against St Pats — and what a battle it was! Huge thanks to Pats for hosting such a cracking game of rugby league.
The lads showed massive character and passion from start to finish. It wasn’t our best day with the ball, but every single player worked for each other in defence and never
stopped digging in. The Pats coaches even said it was their best performance all season — a real credit to how hard our boys pushed them. A great spectical for all.
Some brilliant moments too — Joel’s classy try from Jimmy’s perfect grubber, Frankie’s huge hit that lifted the team, and Jimmy’s captain’s display to seal the win with pure determination and heart.
This team’s passion and effort were unreal — every tackle, every carry, every chase mattered 💪🔥
