A very disappointing afternoon for our first team yesterday as suffered a heavy 6-0 defeat to the hands of Trawden Celtic in the Richardson Cup.

A great afternoon for our reserves who ran out 4.3 winners against Stoneclough Reserves. Goals from Lewis Hodgson, Callum Duffield, Josh Carr and Adam Parker ensuring the 3 points. Yesterday’s man of the match was Harry Atherton .

We have two fixtures this weekend as our first team are in action as we travel to high flying Trawden Celtic in the first round of the Richardson Cup. Our ressies are also in action as we welcome Stoneclough Reserves. Get down and support the lads.

A fantastic afternoon for our first team today as we ran out 7.0 winners against Hawcoat Park. Goals from Archie Grimshaw, Ross Ellison, Daniel Mogford, Tom Warren x2, Alex Favell and Johan DuToit ensuring a much needed 3 points.

A disappointing afternoon for both sides today as our first team threw away a 1.0 lead to lost 2.1 against Charnock Richard Reserves. Connor Blazys with the goal. Connor was also today’s man of the match proudly sponsored by Copper Vines, Standish and Patton Plumbing.

A disappointing result for our ressies going down 3.0 at home to Rossendale Reserves, despite having 3 goals disallowed for offside . Today’s reserve man of the match is Archie Grimshaw.

We have both sides back in action tomorrow as both teams look to get back to winning ways. Our first team make the short journey as we travel to take on Charnock Richard Reserves. Our reserve team are at home this weekend as we welcome Rossendale Reserves down to The Convent. Get down and support the lads.

A tough afternoon for both teams today as we sent two depleted sides to take on Thornton Cleveleys. First team lost 2.0 against Thornton Cleveleys Res with just having a bare 11. Ressies also went down as we lost 4.1 against Thornton Cleveleys ‘A’. Jack Crowther with the goal. Jack is proudly sponsored by Switch Mortgage Insurance. We go again next week.
