We’re so excited to welcome Beth to the Elite team as our new Yoga Instructor!

Beth is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with a professional background in Dance and Musical Theatre, having trained at Laine Theatre Arts. Alongside teaching dance, singing and acting, she’s now bringing her passion for yoga to our studio.

Having practised yoga for over 8 years, Beth fell in love with its holistic approach to movement, wellbeing and mindfulness. Her classes focus on creating space for both body and mind through breath, strength, mobility and relaxation.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, Beth’s classes are the perfect opportunity to slow down, move with intention and find a little calm amongst the chaos. 🧘‍♀️✨

We’re excited to welcome Adele to Elite Fitness Factory as our newest Personal Trainer.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Adele is passionate about helping people build confidence, get stronger and enjoy training in a supportive environment.

From Tuesday 21st July, Adele will be coaching:

🏃 Tuesday – 6:00am HYROX
🚴 Wednesday – 6:00pm Triathlon
🏃 Saturday – 8:00am HYROX

Adele specialises in HYROX & Hybrid Training, HIIT, Bootcamps, Circuits and Boxercise, delivering energetic, motivating sessions that are challenging, inclusive and suitable for all fitness levels.

Her goal is simple: to create a positive environment where everyone feels welcome, enjoys training and leaves every session feeling stronger, more confident and motivated to keep progressing.
