WELCOME TO WORCESTER RFC, GRAHAM SMITH!

We are delighted to welcome Graham Smith to Worcester RFC as our new Head of Female Rugby, reinforcing our commitment to girls' and women's rugby at the club! 💪

Graham is an RFU Level 5 coach and World Rugby educator, and was part of England Women's World Cup-winning coaching team in 2014. He brings a wealth of experience in growing the game and developing players and coaches alike.

Working alongside our coaching team and volunteers, Graham will focus on shaping a club-wide strategy for girls' and women's rugby, supporting our coaches with mentoring and practical help, and coaching players directly to build skills, confidence and enjoyment at every level.

Our ambition is to grow participation across all age groups, with a focus on returning to women's league rugby next season. We're welcoming girls and women of every level: beginners, returning players, experienced players. Whether you're trying rugby for the first time, coming back after a break, or simply looking for a new club, we'd love to hear from you!
