Beat the tide 10k - a great club turnout for the popular beach race last night. And a social prom run for club members who didn’t fancy racing in this heat ☀️

The best bit was the beach after party where both groups got together and celebrated the achievements of the evening.

Last nights WSFRL race Highdown Hike hosted by Worthing Striders is one of the highlights of the WSFRL calendar.

We all turned up mainly for the after party 🍔 🍺 🪩 and we have no shame in admitting that!

Great club turnout, great club atmosphere and a great night! We ran well too! 🙌🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏾🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♀️

On Tuesday, Mr Feest took us around on his wonderful tour of parks, recs, shaded paths and through fields to the sea. We then had an extended stretching session to prepare us for this week’s WSFRL Race.
