And we’re coming up to the last few league races of the season!

Today’s race the ‘Ardingly Amble’ was hosted by Haywards Heath Harriers at their new location of Ardingly Showground.

Advertised as “undulating” ( it never is….😆 ) but I didn’t hear a bad word said about the course afterwards so we are declaring it a hit! 🙌🙌

We Gazelles love a Fun Run! Well done everyone!!

GOODWOOD (SUSSEX AA) CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS

Our amazing ladies have done it again! 2nd place in the F45 category and 3 more shiny county medals to add to their collection!

The boys ran exceptionally well too but as always Gazelle Girls rule!! 🙌🙌

Well done everyone! 🖤🩷 🦌

Trail season has left the chat. 🌲👋

One final Thursday social club trail outing before we retreat to the prom and pavements for the winter.

We’ll be back when the evenings get lighter.

Until then… happy pavement pounding!

What a summer we have had on the hills and trails.

What a turnout!! 🙌🙌

It would seem we all love a hill rep or 12!!

I guess we should just do more hills next week as well then? (This is not a joke either - there are actually hill reps scheduled for next Tuesday too! 🤣)

If you want to join us and see what the hill fuss is about, our weekly schedule is on our website- the link is in our bio 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️🩷🖤

This weekend our amazing club members ran their hearts out. 🩷🖤

Martin S and Sarah G ran the Loch Ness Marathon , and Dave G ran the 10k - this was Martins first marathon and what a place to place to do it! 🦕 Sarah is on her 13th with no signs of stopping! Amazing! 🤩

Our Fun Run queens Silje and Sarah W ran the iconic Berlin Marathon and smashed it like they always do! 🇩🇪

Zoe, Jo, Russell, James, Penny, Jodie and Sacha ran the various length races at Barns Green. Everyone ran amazingly and Penny placed 3rd Female in the 10k! 🥉

The Feest’s - Steve and Michelle - represented the club at the London Vitality 10k 🇬🇧

And there was a big club presence at RunDurance - a new endurance elimination race in Worthing - we can’t wait for more of these as it looked like a great event! 🏃🏼‍♂️ 🏃🏼‍♀️

Well done to any other members who raced yesterday. Remember to let us know so we can celebrate you all! 🔔 🔥

Our club is amazing- don’t you agree? 🩷🖤

Last night we had ‘Steve’s shingle special’ which consisted of hill reps up and down the beach and a nice recovery on the green.

Look at the views we had! ✨ 🌅
And the sound of running on the pebbles 😍 🌊

It was a great session and we all had a lot of fun!
Thanks Steve! 🖤🩷🦌

Well done to our Gazelles ladies team who competed in the Sussex County Athletics Association Road Relay championships yesterday and walked away with a medal for coming 3rd in the Masters race - FV40 category.

Well done Penny, Amelia and Sarah - amazing achievement!

Well done to the men’s team too - Jamie, Lloyd and Lewes, who ran well for the club (for some reason we didn’t take a photo of the men! 🤦🏻)

It was a day of spectacular performances and lots of local clubs getting together and running so well! 🖤🩷🦌👏🥉🏆

Lots of amazing running again this weekend for the Gazelles 🦌🦌
From parkruns in Gibraltar and Lithuania and everywhere in between, The New Forest Half Marathon, the Vilnius Half Marathon, and a men and a women’s team in the Sussex Athletic Road relay championships, we really smashed the weekend the best way we know how! 👊

Well done everyone! 🩷🖤🦌

🌬️ Windy prom.
🏃‍♀️ Three groups. Three distances. Various levels of enthusiasm.
🍕 One very important destination.

Last night’s social run was basically an elaborate way of earning a seat at the table for a 20-inch pizza. 😂

Three groups headed out at different paces and distances… before regrouping for the real event at The New Amsterdam.

And yes, that pizza really was the size of the table.

Run club? More like pizza club with a running problem. 🍕🐆
