Tips for Hitting Your Goals đŸ’Ș

A couple of simple habits that can make a huge difference
.

✅ Repeat your meals – It makes life so much easier. Less decision making, less guesswork, and more consistency.

✅ Pre-log your food – I say this all the time, and I know most people don’t do it, but honestly, it’s one of the biggest game changers for getting results. Planning your food ahead of time helps you stay on track and avoid making decisions when you’re hungry.

Success doesn’t come from being perfect it comes from making the right choices consistently.

No one cares what you’re eating or drinking
.

It’s true.

If you’re choosing to eat better, drink less, lose weight, or simply look after yourself, do it for YOU.

The people encouraging you to “just have the pudding” or “one more glass of wine won’t hurt” usually aren’t thinking about your goals. They’re thinking about making themselves feel more comfortable with their own choices.

Your progress doesn’t need their approval.

You don’t need to justify why you’re skipping dessert.
You don’t need to explain why you’re choosing water.
You don’t need permission to prioritise your health.

The people who genuinely support you will respect your decisions.

The people who don’t
. Their opinion doesn’t burn your calories, improve your health, or help you reach your goals.

Stay focused.

Because six months from now, you’ll be glad you stuck to your goals not glad you kept everyone else happy.

People don’t always like what I have to sayđŸ«ŁđŸ˜…đŸ€­

But if you come to me unhappy with your body, your health, or your results, I have a responsibility to encourage change and sometimes that means calling you out.

I know and understand that time is a barrier for a lot of people, probably more now than ever before. But you can still choose to make better choices.

If you’re having pizza, it takes no more effort to eat half the pizza and add a side salad than it does to eat the whole thing. (And by salad, I mean literally throw a handful of leaves on your plate.)

Do you see what I mean? I have so many of these tricks up my sleeve
.

We all have choices.

I’m not saying it’s easy. In fact, it’s often uncomfortable. But if you want things to change, some things have to change.

The results you want are usually hiding behind the choices you’re avoiding.

For years, I thought the cake was the problem
.

The calories. The sugar. The fact I’d “been good” all week and was now ruining it.

So every time I ate something indulgent, I’d spend the entire time calculating, negotiating, and feeling guilty about it.

How much is this? Should I skip breakfast tomorrow? Do I need an extra workout? I shouldn’t have eaten that.

After all that mental struggle, I rarely felt satisfied or even enjoyed it.

One slice eaten with guilt often turned into more food later because I’d already convinced myself I’d blown it, so I’d just carry on eating until I could “start again tomorrow.

What I eventually learned is that if you’re going to have the cake, have the cake.

Sit down. Slow down. Taste it. Enjoy it.

Because when you’re busy feeling guilty, counting calories, or planning how to make up for it later, you’re not really allowing yourself to enjoy it in the first place.

And when you do that, one slice is often enough.

đŸ„Ș A sandwich and crisps for lunch.

It’s no wonder so many women struggle to stick to diets


The minute they decide to “be good”, bread is banned, crisps are off limits, chocolate is a no go, and suddenly every meal becomes something they don’t even enjoy.

Basically, all the joy gets removed from eating and from life 😅

Fat loss doesn’t require you to live on salads, rice cakes, and misery.

I’m a small person, and even when I’m in a fat loss phase, I can absolutely make a sandwich and a packet of crisps fit into my day.

You can too.

The women who get the best results aren’t the ones with the most restrictive diets. They’re the ones who build an approach they can actually stick to.

So if you’re sat at work eating food you hate because you think that’s what dieting is supposed to look like
 it doesn’t need to be that way.

Tag the lady in the office who’s looking miserable with her “diet food” today.

I went bikini shopping today
 and yes, it was every bit as awful as it sounds 😂

I have a lot of bikinis. Not quite as many as I have black leggings, but I have a lot! 👀

As usual, I did the pre holiday try on and honestly, none of them felt that comfortable.

My weight hasn’t really changed over the last few years, but I do think my shape has. Apparently I’m now somewhere between a size 8 and a size 14 depending on the shop, the style, and what mood the sizing gods are in that day 😅

There’s absolutely no wonder women hate shopping.

Nothing quite knocks your confidence like standing in a changing room under those unforgiving lights, trying on clothes that all fit differently despite being the “same” size.

It’s also a reminder that clothing sizes are completely inconsistent and a number on a label means very little.

Anyway, if anyone needs me, I’ll be continuing the search for a bikini that fits properly👙
