How much do you know about the Ayurveda doshas?
Ayurveda teaches us that the world is made up of 5 elements:
👉space, water, fire, air and earth.
A combination of these elements results in 3 energies, the doshas:
👉vata, kapha, and pitta.
🔺Vata handles movement
🔺Pitta has the control of our metabolism
🔺and Kapha focuses on structure
The 3 doshas are responsible for our biological functions, mental and emotional health and are found in a different ration to every person.
