What a fantastic day yesterday Club, with two major events taking place on the final major weekend of the season.

Tombstone Challenge – sponsored by .golf

Congratulations to John O’Toole, winner of the Tombstone Challenge!

A particularly special moment as John was presented with his first prize — a fantastic Par Birdie Eagle Golf bag — by his 6-year-old son Cian. ❤️

And congratulations also to Colm O’Meara & Noel Sinnott, winners of the Club 4-Ball Final.

A brilliant way to round off the club’s major season. Huge congratulations to all our winners and thanks to everyone who took part and helped make yesterday such a great day at Macreddin!

SCRATCH CUP SUNDAY AT MACREDDIN

What a day

Yesterday saw 160 competitors take to the course for our Scratch Cup, with glorious sunshine, fantastic golf and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish.

The timesheet was completely full, with huge demand for places. For those who couldn’t get a tee time this year, we’ll be looking at creating more time next year to make Scratch Cup Sunday even bigger and better!

A massive well done to everyone who played, and a huge thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday such a memorable day.

We’ll see you all again next year

Our Academy kids rounded off a fantastic season with an End of Season Skills Challenge, followed by our Awards Ceremony and Pizza Party at Macreddin Golf Club 🍕

An amazing day filled with fun, friendly competition, big smiles and plenty of proud moments.

A huge well done to every one of our young golfers for their hard work, enthusiasm and progress throughout the season. It’s been brilliant watching them develop their skills, confidence and love for the game 🙂
