Do TFWM Group dołącza Kamil Leżoń — 20-letni defensywny pomocnik i wychowanek Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza, który rozpoczyna nowy etap swojej kariery w Islandii.

Ze względu na kończące się okno transferowe Kamil dołącza obecnie do zaprzyjaźnionego z nami RB Keflavík. . To klub, który dobrze znamy — wcześniej trafił tam również jego brat Patryk, z którym współpracujemy już od 4 lat. Patryk był jednym z pierwszych transferów TFWM Group na Islandię i do dziś mamy bardzo dobre relacje, co bardzo cenimy.

Każdy zawodnik ma jednak swoją własną drogę.
Patryk postawił dziś przede wszystkim na stabilizację życia i regularne funkcjonowanie poza piłką — i w pełni to szanujemy. W TFWM Group zawsze patrzymy szerzej niż tylko na sam transfer.

W przypadku Kamila — ze względu na młody wiek i potencjał — widzimy dużą przestrzeń do rozwoju sportowego i wierzymy, że Islandia może być dla niego bardzo dobrym miejscem do wykonania kolejnego kroku.

Od początku podchodzimy do tego projektu z pełną otwartością i gotowością na dalszy rozwój. Jeśli Kamil będzie chciał mocniej skoncentrować się na piłce i walczyć o wyższy poziom — jesteśmy gotowi mu w tym pomóc.

Co ciekawe, Kamil współpracował już wcześniej w Polsce z naszym agentem Arturem, a dziś wspólnie otwieramy kolejne drzwi.

Islandia daje wiele możliwości.
Reszta zależy już od niego.

We are happy to announce that Jakub Górski is joining Leiknir Reykjavík 🇮🇸 (1st division Iceland).

This move continues a long-term cooperation. Kuba has been working with us for years, building his path step by step across Iceland.

He started his journey in the 4th division, and today he reaches the second tier of Icelandic football — a result of hard work, consistency, and patience.

Kuba is well known for his time at KFK Kópavogur, where he competed for promotion, and at Reynir Sandgerði, where the team achieved promotion to the 2nd division.

We are not surprised by this progress. His goalkeeping quality has always been there — and now it’s being reflected at the right level.

This is another example that with the right mindset and the right environment, real progress is possible.

At TFWM Group, we support players in long-term development and help them reach the level they truly belong to.

TFWM Group proudly announces that Robert Błąkała – co-founder and co-owner of TFWM Group – has signed with UMF Grindavík for the upcoming season 2026.

🧤 Role at Grindavík:
• Playing goalkeeper
• Goalkeeper coach

📍 Icelandic journey:
Njarðvík → Vestri → Selfoss → Grindavík

This will be Robert’s 8th season in Iceland — WOW 🇮🇸🔥
Combining playing, coaching and organizational responsibilities is simply the standard in Iceland – on and off the pitch.

Kacper Wojtyszyn — sezon w Norwegii 🇳🇴🔥

Pierwszy rok Kacpra w Skandynawii możemy śmiało zaliczyć do udanych. Regularna gra w SK Djerv 1919, walka o awans do 2. ligi norweskiej oraz szybka adaptacja do norweskiego stylu gry — to wszystko sprawiło, że ten sezon był dla niego istotnym etapem w rozwoju.

Mimo że drużyna biła się o awans do drugiej ligi, ostatecznie zakończyli rozgrywki na 3. miejscu w wymagającej 3. lidze norweskiej.

Kacper rozegrał swój pierwszy pełny sezon w Norwegii, prezentując się solidnie w defensywie i pokazując charakter na boisku mimo przeszkód zdrowotnych. Przeszedł duży progres nie tylko sportowo, ale również mentalnie i życiowo, czego dowodem są jego własne słowa:

„Przyjazd do Norwegii uważam za świetną decyzję.
W Norwegii rozwinąłem się nie tylko piłkarsko, ale również w sferze życiowej.
Pierwszy sezon w Norwegii uważam za bardzo udany, mimo kontuzji, które nie pozwoliły mi być w 100% dyspozycji przez cały sezon.”

Dziękujemy Klubowi za zaufanie, a Kacprowi gratulujemy konsekwentnego rozwoju.
