Happy Father’s Day to all the dads in our STRONG community.

We’re grateful for the men who show up, care deeply for the people around them, and choose to keep showing up for themselves too - getting stronger, healthier and better, so they can be there for their kids, their families and their homes.

And today, we’re also thinking of all the other stories that come with Father’s Day.

To the soon-to-be dads, the men hoping to become fathers, those who are unable to be fathers, those missing their dads, those grieving a dad, and those whose experience of fatherhood looks different - we’re holding space for you too.

However today looks for you, we hope you feel surrounded by love, connection and community.

MEMBER MOMENT OF THE MONTH ✨

For the month just been, we’re celebrating our girl Pollyane Carvalho

Polly recently competed at the South Island 2026 Championships in Dunedin, taking out 1st place in the Bronze ll Ladies Free Skating category - securing her spot at Nationals!

Polly is a familiar face at STRONG, consistently showing up, putting in the work and challenging herself every session. Even better, she’s shared that her training at STRONG has had a positive impact on her skating journey too - helping her feel stronger and more capable both on and off the ice.

We love seeing the strength our members build at STRONG translate into the things they’re passionate about outside the studio.
