Cold mornings call for gentle movement, warm spaces and nervous system care.

Our Chair Yoga classes offer accessible movement for every body ✨

Designed to support mobility, balance, strength and confidence in everyday movement, Chair Yoga is a gentle yet supportive practice, especially through the colder months when motivation and energy can feel low.

We’re also proud that this class is approved through the Living Stronger for Longer programme. 🤍

Yoga is more than movement.
More than shapes.
More than touching your toes.

Beyond the physical practice of asana, yoga also invites us into the way we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

In the yogic tradition, the Yamas and Niyamas are gentle guiding principles for living; practices like compassion, honesty, contentment, self-reflection and care.

Sometimes yoga looks like deep breath and stillness.
Sometimes it looks like presence.
And sometimes… it looks like shared laughter and genuine connection. 💛

At Nu Yoga, community is part of the practice too.
