Yoga Classes for Women:
Monday 7-8pm
Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm
Wednesday 11am-12pm
Classes are run the same as the school term and there is the option of in-person or Zoom for each class. Each class alternates weekly between ’Rejuvenating’ yoga (Purna/breath focused, safety alignment) & Yin yoga (stay poses longer). All classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and injuries or physical limitations can be worked around. Maximum of 8 in-person regulars in each class. Being a regular secures your spot in the class. The cost of the term depends on the number of weeks (eg. 10 weeks is $144 for in person or $123 for Zoom))
If you are wanting to attend on a casual basis you can be added to the cancellation list for a certain class(es) and will be texted when a space is available. Casual classes are $15/class on Zoom and $17/class in person. Community Chair Yoga:

Corporate Yoga:
Price by negotiation depending on time and travel. I am available to come to your workplace to teach yoga (any length of time, whichever pace of yoga you would like, I can incorporate breath work and meditation also)
Reiki Crystal Healing:
By appointment $120/hr either in person or online
