Small, relaxing yoga classes for women, one-on-one Reiki Crystal Healings, and mini-retreats/events Maximum of 8 in-person regulars in each class.

Yoga Classes for Women:

Monday 7-8pm
Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm
Wednesday 11am-12pm

Classes are run the same as the school term and there is the option of in-person or Zoom for each class. Each class alternates weekly between ’Rejuvenating’ yoga (Purna/breath focused, safety alignment) & Yin yoga (stay poses longer). All classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and injuries or phy

What a beautiful full moon in the weekend. This was Saturday, so not quite full, but magnificent all the same.
The full moon is a great time to release anything that no longer supports you in living the life you desire - whether that be emotions, thoughts, beliefs, or things. Write them down then burn the paper or throw it away. Or take 10 min to clear a drawer that's accumulated 'junk'. Take a deep breath and feel the 'letting go'.

I looked out the window at 7am feeling tired and very uninspired to do the stairs with my friend as we always do on Tuesday's. The wind and rain could have been an excuse but I thought 'I will feel amazing once we've done it', and I wasn't wrong. It was magical, and I've had more energy and motivation for the whole day.
Not only from the exercise, but I got out of my comfort zone, I pushed past what could have been an easy excuse, and that feels great!

How do you deal with those excuses that we all experience, either often or occasionally? What motivates you to do something you are feeling resistance to?
