We’ve put together some clips from our recent prizegiving for our 8 week lifestyle habits challenge, recognising all of those who participated!
You guys did such an awesome job and you should be so proud of all of the effort you put in! Everyone really is a winner here whether you took away a top prize or not!
It was genuinely so cool getting an insight into everyone’s own journey during this challenge through all the check in forms that were submitted. As we said, we really wanted to make this a challenge open for everyone, whether your goal was fat loss, muscle gain or just getting into a routine so we hope you felt that!

Celebrating our wonderful 8 week challenge members and all the hard mahi they have put in for themselves! ❤️
Not everyone who joined our challenge was able to make it on the day however a good bunch of the crew was there to join us at our prize giving.
We are so proud of everyone involved and we really hope you stepped away from the challenge with some long lasting healthy habits 💛
We know an 8 week commitment isn’t easy and we know that life gets in the way sometimes but we recognise that everyone’s journey is different and with that progress and success will look different for everyone too.
Huge congrats to everyone and those who took away our top prizes:
FAT LOSS: David Sutherland (8.2kgs of fat lost, 12.2kgs total weight lost)
MUSCLE GAINED: Neil Goldsworthy (2.7kg muscle gained)
HABITS WINNERS: Jasmine Wiltshier & Sheralee Hazard each with over 40+ habits submitted!
SPECIAL MENTION: Vika Cunningham: Fat Loss runner up (4.3kgs lost) & Natarsha Gedge: Muscle Gain runner up (1.2kgs gained)

Our 8 Week Challenge is officially complete and we are ready to celebrate!! 🎊
Join us on Tuesday 19th May from 5pm to congratulate our challenge members and all of their efforts across the last 8 weeks!
There will be free samples, nibbles and plenty of good vibes so we encourage all of you to be there.
The event starts at 5pm and prizegiving will kick off at 6pm where we will be announcing the 3 top winners of our challenge - $500 for most muscle gained, $500 for most fat lost and a gym bag packed with goodies for most habits completed!

It’s Pink Shirt Day this Friday!! 💕🌸
This Friday, we’re encouraging all of our members to wear pink (whether it’s a top, socks, hat, or anything pink) to stand together against bullying. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone… the Flex team will be rocking pink too!
At Flex Hamilton CBD, we’re proud to create a space that is welcoming and accepting of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and people. A place where you can show up as yourself, feel supported, and train without judgement.
