Caveman Fitness is a community based around Functional fitness and Healthy living. We teach our members how to perform exercises safely while being supervised by trained professionals. Each Day is a different workout and we have members from all walks of life. Don't be shy about joining the tribe as everyone is welcome. If you're new to exercise or a fitness machine we guarantee you will enjoy the workouts.

Im doing these virtual trials while on lock down.
Helping me get motivated to exercise while stuck at home. I've been cycling and doing circuits in my back yard and then long the distances on the app. I'm currently 50% through the inca trail and its shows you where you're up to on the track. Then once you've finished they send you a very cool medal.

This year we are turning a new leaf, we are introducing our Tribal fitness system designed to challenge every individual that joins.
There are 5 levels to our system and each level becomes progressively harder to achieve
Our starting level involves a
2.4km run
X amount of push ups
Kettlebell swings
Burpees.
We have tailored our classes to help individuals reach these levels over a 12 month period.
You will be tested on endurance, strength, speed and as you progress your ability to understand and explain the exercises you are performing.
We will be testing every month to see how your are progressing and if you are ready to be promoted.

Last year I announced I was moving back into personal training sessions.
The uptake has been great and am nearly fully booked out.

We started out in 2014 with the purpose of providing fun workouts that challenge each member while being in a positive environment. The workouts are based around functional movements that will improve our members physical health during their day to day life.
We dont expect our members to become athletes but we want them to stay mobile and realise that their potential is limitless. We use fitness as the discipline to help individuals realise this and the result speak for themselves.
Since 2014 we have helped over 300 people with their fitness goals, whether it be training for an event, losing weight or simply living a more active lifestyle. It's so rewarding to see the growth in our members and the changes we see leave us speechless.
We have built a community that welcomes anyone who comes to the Cave, you're never left to feel unwelcome. The community helps our members stay accountable to their personal health and in turn gives our members a sense of belonging. Most gyms dont have the community feel to them which can make your workouts boring and uninviting leading to people not attending their gym facility.
