I've started businesses. Grown them. Sold them. Watched a few nearly come apart before I worked out how to hold them together. I'm also not as young as I look. (Thanks Mum, for the magic genes)

None of that makes me special. It just means I've sat in the chair you're sitting in... the one where cash flow keeps you up at night, where a hire isn't working out, where you can see the goal but not quite the path there.

That's the actual value I bring to a client relationship. Not motivation. Not another framework. Someone across the table who's lived the mess and can help you find your way through it faster than I did.

It's amazing what you can see in someone else's business that they can't see themselves...
I can usually spot the bottleneck in a business within one conversation.

Not because I have all the answers but because I'm not standing in the middle of it.

Six incredible Chefs & their restaurants got on board to create a delicious degustation menu, each course paired with a top tier NZ wine to match 🔥 Massive shout out to the chefs, the wineries, the volunteers and the other sponsors who so generously donated time and goods to make this evening happen. Tonight marked the 20th year of Chefs Night Out, and raised a massive $38,000 for Hospice & The Rotary Youth program. It was a pleasure to be part of bringing this event together ❤️ My job for the evening... Bar Manager and Hospitality cheerleader 😊🥂 After spending decades in hospo, in the kitchen, behind the bar and as an owner, these guys will always have a special place in my heart ❤️ Get out there and support your local restaurant or winery!!
