Grounds are still very soggy, so today's training is cancelled - Mon, 6th July.
We will run a session on Wednesday (8th july) instead. Bring your gumboots (or spare shoes) to get across to the gym. 4.30pm.

Update: Monday Winter training is cancelled (29 June) as water levels are still too high and we need to assess the damaged cage.

Hi Sola Power athletes. Due to the weather any planned training tomorrow (Saturday) is cancelled.
Grounds are flooded and cage is damaged, so best to stay home and stay warm.
