NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meetings of both organisations will be held on:
Friday 20 November 2026
Venue: Napier Tech Clubrooms
Meeting Times
5:30 pm – Napier Technical Sport and Recreational Organisation Inc AGM
6:15 pm – Napier Technical Old Boys Rugby Club Inc AGM
Business of the Meetings
Each AGM will include:
Confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM
Presentation of annual reports and financial statements
Disclosure of officers' conflicts of interest
Election or confirmation of Board/Committee members, as applicable
Consideration of notified motions and other business
The Rugby Club AGM will also include the appointment of the President, Patron and Club Captain.
Nominations and General Business
Rugby Club: Nominations are invited for vacant elected Committee positions. Nominations must include the nominee's consent and confirmation of eligibility.
Sports Club: Affiliated clubs and associations are requested to appoint their Board representatives ahead of the AGM in accordance with the constitution.
Members wishing to submit proposed motions or other items of business must do so by Friday 23 October 2026.

Important Dates
Friday 9 October – Formal AGM notification and Rugby Club call for nominations
Friday 23 October – Rugby Club nominations and proposed motions close
Friday 6 November – Final agendas and nominations circulated
Friday 20 November – Annual General Meetings
